The unified platform that sits between your accounting system and the Plateforme Agréée (PA, the certified e-invoicing platform). It generates compliant UBL from any ERP, pre-validates every invoice against XSD, Schematron and the French CTC extension, transmits to any PA, and tracks every invoice through its full lifecycle — submission, dispute, payment, cancellation.

The reform has started: what the first weeks show, and how NomaUBL handles each point — validation, rejections, addressing, lifecycle, e-reporting, VAT, AI assistant.
Context
The Plateforme Agréée handles the transmission rail — but not the pipeline upstream of it. Accounting still has to produce a compliant UBL from an ERP output that is not, catch rejections before submission, route by document type, and handle disputes, resubmissions and payment notifications.
A Plateforme Agréée charges for every invoice transmitted — accepted or rejected. Every Schematron error caught downstream means a manual fix, a resubmission, a delay in cash collection and a transmission fee. Pre-validation removes the round trip.
Refusals, disputes and recovery codes call for action from finance. The PA records them — your operations team does not see them.
An ERP-specific add-on ties you to one vendor. A custom build ties you to one team. Both fail as soon as the regulation changes.
The unified e-invoicing layer
A single-tenant platform — on your servers or hosted on OCI or AWS — that covers the whole pipeline between your accounting system and the Plateforme Agréée: where invoices are generated, validated, submitted, tracked and recovered.
Source systems
Plateforme Agréée
Switch Plateforme Agréée without rebuilding the chain — the connector is configuration, not code.
JDE today, SAP tomorrow, a divestiture next year — a new template plugs in without touching the rest.
EN 16931 + extended-ctc-fr profile, BAR routing, e-reporting tracks and the Cadre de facturation (billing framework) built in.
One instance per customer — on your servers, in your cloud, or hosted by Nomana-IT on OCI or AWS. UBL files, history and credentials stay in your instance — and survive a PA outage.
End to end
A single NomaUBL deployment covers every step, from the raw ERP output to a tracked, paid invoice.
E-Invoicing
The E-Invoicing tracker — one row per invoice, with its lifecycle status and the action available at the current step.
Template model
Each source produces XML, NomaUBL maps it through a template, and every other module works on the resulting UBL — whatever the ERP. Adding a source is configuration, not a re-architecture.
Native integration with the JDE BIP Print Queue (F9563110 / F95630 / F95631), the archive directory and FTP/SFTP downloads.
IDoc, spool or file extracts feed NomaUBL through the directory or FTP channels. Templates map SAP fields to UBL semantics.
SuiteScript exports drop XML into the watched directory; templates handle subsidiary, tax-code and currency mapping.
Any system that produces XML, posts JSON to the API or writes a CSV to a watched directory becomes a source by adding one template.
What NomaUBL does
Connect to any ERP through a directory watcher, FTP/SFTP polling, the JDE BIP Print Queue or a JSON HTTP endpoint. Scheduled batches, on demand, or invoice by invoice.
Templates map source fields to UBL 2.1, fill in the CTC extension, apply scheme IDs, BAR routing, business-process codes and allowances. AUTO mode resolves the right path per document type.
XSD + Schematron + the French CTC profile run inside NomaUBL. Every error, warning and recovery hint is shown inline — the PA never sees a broken document.
The PA backend is configuration. Submission, lifecycle retrieval, persisted disputes, refusals and payment notifications. Switch PA without rebuilding the rest.
Resend, set a status, e-mail the PDF, mark payment received, issue a credit note, cancel accounting — the right action at the right step. Every event logged, append-only.
Reference lists, document types, suppliers, BAR routing, payment codes, VAT categories, currency mappings — all from the UI. Finance owns the rules, IT owns the platform.
What the first weeks of the reform call for — each point documented.
Look a customer up in the INSEE registry by name, SIREN or SIRET and check that it is reachable on the PPF directory (annuaire, the public e-invoicing directory). When enabled, the addressing code of each invoice is checked before it is sent — with a warning, or by blocking the send when the recipient is not found.
Documentation →Technical rejections (owned by IT) and business refusals (owned by customer services) are counted separately on the dashboard, each opening its filtered list. On an addressing rejection — ADR_ERR, REJ_ADR, DEST_INC — Fix buyer corrects SIREN, SIRET, VAT number or electronic address, revalidates on the spot and resends to the PA.
Documentation →A form laid out like a printed invoice creates a new invoice from scratch, or edits or copies an existing one; NomaUBL produces the UBL on save.
Documentation →The archived source spool and the generated UBL side by side, for every captured document. Every submission, rejection and fix is a dated entry in the append-only history.
Documentation →Notification rules fire on a status or rejection reason and can run a chain of SQL or API connector calls — on JD Edwards or any other ERP — alongside the e-mail and portal alert. Seller actions are wired the same way.
Documentation →Every invoice of the period aggregated on the lines of the French CA3 form — sales / purchases × France / intra-EU / outside EU × VAT rate — with drill-down to the invoices, and Excel or CA3-formatted PDF export. Invoices refused by the buyer (210) or rejected by the platform (213) are left out by default, as they call for a credit note.
Documentation →The XSL editor maps source fields to UBL business terms (BT codes) through a form. AI Auto-Map proposes a mapping from a sample XML (and optionally its PDF); you review it and save.
Documentation →When the source is missing data the invoice needs — a customer’s VAT number, a label from a reference table — enrichment rules fetch it through a SQL or API connector before the UBL is generated.
Documentation →Roles grant pages, actions and a data scope — the companies a role is restricted to, plus row filters. Single sign-on through OIDC (Microsoft Entra, Okta, Keycloak, Google Workspace…).
Documentation →Amounts and labels, never status codes — what accounting, the board and auditors need to follow the reform.
Revenue excl. VAT net of credit notes, VAT, number of invoices and the transmission rate, each compared with the matching earlier period; twelve months of amounts by state; what needs a decision, in amounts; the split per company and transaction type and, for sales, the last e-reporting declaration and the next one due. Sales or purchases, exported as PDF.
Documentation →Five stages — to correct, decision needed, processing, at the platform, completed — with their counts and change; open invoices by waiting time; the most frequent reasons; the detail by activity, status and reason per transaction type. Every figure opens the invoices behind it; Excel and PDF exports.
Documentation →Pick fields from invoices, archived documents, lifecycle events, validation findings, lines, VAT breakdown and notifications; show them as a table, a pivot with subtotals and shares, or a chart. Calculated fields such as the age of an invoice; every cell opens the rows behind it.
Documentation →Ready-made analyses and dashboards for Operations, Month end and Audit period, copied and adapted with Save as, shared with everyone or kept private. Exported to Excel or PDF, and sent by e-mail on a schedule by a daily digest.
Documentation →The audit report explains a period to accounting and auditors; the implementation report documents your instance from its configuration; the technical report documents the release. PDF or Markdown, in French or English.
Documentation →Running e-invoicing in production — operations, formats, environments. Each point documented; new releases ship several times a week.
Integration errors, processing log, failures and server log in one Diagnostics page. The Failures view lists validation findings, PA rejections, send and import failures, processing and job failures with one shape — unresolved only by default — and opens the invoice, file or job behind each row.
Documentation →An invoice that failed validation can be reprocessed in full from its archived source once the data is corrected in the ERP: enrichment queried again, UBL regenerated, validated and sent. The status history is kept; bulk reprocess runs as one background batch.
Documentation →EN 16931 basic, EN 16931 or France extended (CTC): each document chooses its rule set, which drives the required UBL fields, the validation packs, the XSL editor mapping and the reference pages.
Documentation →UBL stays the pivot: the validated UBL can be converted to CII D16B with the shipped stylesheet, or to a national format with your own, then downloaded from the invoice window or sent through the platform connector.
Documentation →The e-directory finds a company in INSEE, its PPF directory lines and its Peppol participants. The same search is available as a REST endpoint for your other systems.
Documentation →E-invoicing and e-reporting settings can be defined per company — issuer, frequency, PA connection — on top of a shared default, and roles restrict each user to their companies.
Documentation →Move configuration from test to production item by item — templates with their XSL, RTF and Schematron files, PDF templates, rules, connectors — with a preview, a field-by-field diff and a version snapshot before every write.
Documentation →A JDE SQL connector comes with prebuilt queries: user-defined code values to fill a list, the companies with their names, and putting an invoice’s receivable lines on hold to stop dunning letters from an invoice action. Schemas are placeholders, so the same query runs on every JDE environment.
Documentation →Every scheduled job run is recorded with its duration and outcome, behind a History action. A retention job bounds the logs and histories per store, with a count-only dry run before anything is deleted.
Documentation →Intelligence
A built-in chat panel answers three kinds of questions: “how does the product work?” — from the documentation —, “how is this instance set up?” and “what state is my data in?” — from the generated documentation of your instance and, read-only, from its data. It knows the page and the invoice you have open, follows diagnostic playbooks and proposes the next question. Every tool call stays visible; it answers in French or English.
Looking up validation errors…
Invoice 10000 / RI / 00001 fails an XSD check.
Cause: a mandatory element is missing from the UBL header — fixable before any submission to the PA.
For every role
Why NomaUBL
A Plateforme Agréée is required by the reform — but it does not cover everything. NomaUBL takes care of everything upstream of the PA and the operations around it.
The right pairing is NomaUBL + a Plateforme Agréée — not one or the other. Together, they cover the regulation end to end.
Key benefits
Templates, defaults, BAR routing and validation rules ship ready to use. A new ERP is one template away — not a six-month project.
Pre-validation removes the round trip: an invoice goes through cleanly, or fails early, visibly and fixably, before any external system sees it.
One licence covers JDE + SAP + NetSuite + custom — no module per ERP, no duplicated skills, no parallel pipelines to maintain.
The Plateforme Agréée connector is configuration, not code. Renegotiation, switch, multi-source — your e-invoicing chain evolves with you.
Getting started
Provisions the directory tree, the embedded XSL framework and the starter configuration in one command.
Point to your database, your ERP source, your Plateforme Agréée and your SMTP server.
Suppliers, scheme IDs, BAR routing, payment codes, VAT categories, document types.
Drop an invoice into input/ and follow it through extract → UBL → validation → submission → tracking.
FAQ
NomaUBL is a B2B e-invoicing platform published by Nomana-IT. It sits between your accounting system and your Plateforme Agréée (PA, the certified e-invoicing platform): UBL 2.1 generation, XSD, Schematron and CTC pre-validation, e-reporting and invoice lifecycle tracking.
No. NomaUBL prepares, validates and submits invoices to the PA of your choice, then tracks their statuses. The PA connector is configuration: switching Plateforme Agréée does not require rebuilding the chain.
JD Edwards is integrated natively (BIP Print Queue, archive, FTP/SFTP). SAP, NetSuite and custom ERPs are supported through templates that map their fields to UBL semantics.
Yes. The Billing overview shows revenue, VAT, the transmission rate and what needs a decision in amounts and labels, not status codes; the Statistics dashboard and the Explorer give the details and open the invoices behind each figure. Everything exports to Excel or PDF, and the audit report explains a whole period to accounting and auditors.
Yes. UBL stays the pivot format, and a post-transform converts the validated UBL to CII D16B with the stylesheet shipped with NomaUBL, or to another syntax with your own stylesheet. The converted file can be downloaded from the invoice window or sent through the platform connector.
Yes. E-invoicing and e-reporting can be configured per company — issuer, frequency, Plateforme Agréée connection — on top of a shared default, and roles restrict each user to the companies they work on.
A Plateforme Agréée charges for every invoice transmitted, accepted or rejected. Validating upstream against the XSD, the Schematron and the French CTC rules avoids rejection cycles, resubmissions and delays in cash collection.
Yes. NomaUBL produces and transmits e-reporting declarations to the Plateforme Agréée, including flux 10.1 (B2C invoice detail) and flux 10.3 (B2BINT aggregates).
It is a read-only chat panel that knows the page and the invoice you have open. It answers from the NomaUBL documentation, the generated documentation of your instance and your data (invoice dossier, lifecycle, validation errors, server log), in French or English.
Wherever you choose, always single-tenant: on your servers, in your cloud, or hosted by Nomana-IT on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS. It is a Java 17 server with an Oracle or PostgreSQL database; UBL files, history and credentials stay in your instance.
